Job Description
Experienced Delivery Driver: $22/hour, 4 days on, 3 days off, van and fuel provided. No CDL required.
You already know the work. Here is the schedule you do not have.
If you have run routes for FedEx, UPS, DHL, a courier or another Delivery Service Partner, you will be productive in your first week here, and you will get something most of those jobs never gave you: four 10-hour days, then three days off, every single week, with the same weekend day each time so you can plan a life around it.
Catbyrd Seat Logistics is a Delivery Service Partner based in Durham, NC. Our best drivers came to us from other DSPs. We built this role around them.

What you will do
- Deliver packages on local routes across the Triangle: Durham, Raleigh, Cary, Chapel Hill and surrounding areas
- Routes are GPS-guided and assigned daily. Load your van at the Durham station, run your route, return the van.
- Dispatch is late morning. Most days wrap up between 7 and 9pm.
- Roughly 150 to 200 stops a day
What you need
- Prior parcel, courier, DSP or box-truck route experience. If that is not you, see our Delivery Driver Trainee posting instead.
- A regular driver's license. No CDL required.
- 21 or older (insurance requirement)
- Clean driving record
- Able to pass a background check and drug screen
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
