Job Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and develop a high‑performance sales team using accountability management principles
• Supervise the training, development, discipline, and appraisal of sales consultants and other departmental employees
• Maintain and promote customer and owner satisfaction
• Review forecasting of unit sales and gross profit
• Oversee management of new and used vehicle operations

Job Qualifications

• Strong organizational and excellent written/verbal communication skills
• Strong ability to multi‑task and juggle multiple items simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail

Proven Track Record

• High customer satisfaction index (CSI) and sales volume
• Long‑term stability in previous employment
• Product knowledge
• Passion for being involved in deals, not merely an administrator or “numbers” person
