EmpowerHome Mortgage is looking for motivated Mortgage Loan Officers who want to focus on what they do best— serving clients, building relationships, and closing loans —while we provide qualified leads, opportunities, and the support to help keep your pipeline moving.
You don't need a massive database or years of experience. If you're licensed, coachable, competitive, and committed to working hard , we'll provide the systems and opportunities to help you grow.

Responsibilities:What You'll Do
Active NMLS Mortgage Loan Officer license required
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
Highly coachable, motivated, and eager to learn
Strong work ethic with a sense of urgency, accountability, and follow-through
Ability to manage multiple mortgage leads and loan opportunities
Strong follow-up and pipeline management skills
Comfortable working in a performance-driven, goal-oriented environment
Customer-focused mindset committed to delivering an exceptional borrower experience
